London - Arab Today
The London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said Thursday that six elements of the Kurdish Security Forces (Asayish) were killed, while ten others were wounded due to the intensive shelling by the Turkish forces in Surkeh area in the northern countryside of Afrin northwest of Aleppo province.
The death toll is expected to rise because some of the injured are in critical situation.
Meanwhile, the SOHR underlined that about 700 civilians, including 244 children, were killed during 40 days due to military operations in Aleppo.
The regime forces managed to restore Ramouseh and other areas in Aleppo, SOHR reiterated.
