Extremist Jews renew storming of Aqsa Mosque Sunday

A group of extremist Jews on Sunday stormed the precincts of Al Aqsa Mosque from Bab el Maghreba gate amid tight security measures by the Israeli occupation forces after 10 days of banning settlers from entering the holy mosque on the end of the holy fasting month of Ramadan.

Al Quds sources said as many as 20 settlers pushed deep into al Aqsa Mosque from Bab el Maghreba gate under the protection of the Israeli police units.

Worshippers at the holy mosque challenged the settlers and chanted "Allah Akbar" to force them to retreat.

The storming operations of the holy site comes in response to calls made by the family of a Jewish female settler who has recently killed near Kiryat Arba settlement as well as the murder of Jewish Rabbi Michael Marck several days ago
