United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) delegation, currently visiting Qatar, visited on Monday Sheikh Abdulla Bin Zaid Al Mahmoud Islamic Cultural Center and Silatech foundation.

The visiting delegation was acquainted with the mission of the center, which aims to spread the principles of Islam and the education of Islamic culture, and toured the facilities of the center, which combines the originality and contemporary Islamic architecture.

Silatech Chief Executive Officer Sabah Al Haidoos welcomed the visiting delegation, who was briefed on Silatech’s programs that seek to improve the situation of the youth in the Arab world. They also learned about the foundation’s activities aimed at creating large-scale employment opportunities, promoting entrepreneurship and allowing youth to access capital and markets, and to participate and engage in economic and social development.
