Their Eminences, scholars and guests of His Highness the President have lectured in several institutions and councils, and discussed vital contemporary topics, to enlighten their followers about matters of religion and culture in order for them to understand the most important challenges they face in contemporary life.
Dr. Hassan Awad Abou Arkoub lectured at the Ajman Society of Social and Cultural Development on the topic, "Youth is a Responsibility and Seriousness", while Fadel Walad Mohammed Al Ameen spoke to the muftis at the Official Fatwa Centre about fatwas in the contemporary world. Dr. Muchlis Mohammed Hanafi also spoke at the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, Dr. Ahmed Ibrahim Al Bahnasi spoke at the Punitive and Reformatory Department about the virtues of the final ten days of Ramadan and about the "Lailat Al Qadr" (Night of Revelation), and Dr. Shaaban Mohammed Ali Kafafi spoke at the National Rehabilitation Centre about keeping close family ties, as a right and duty, which is the same topic that several guest scholars spoke about during their daily lessons in mosques.
The scholars registered 64 lecture topics under the Positive Messages Initiative, which will be broadcast later on the social media site of the General Authority for Islamic Affairs and Endowments. The lecture topics included, "The UAE’s Pioneering in Volunteer Work, "Moderation and the Religious Speech Course in the UAE", "The UAE as an Example of Tolerance and the Icon of Peace", "Zayed, a Heart Beating with Good and Giving", "Mosques in the UAE, Icons of its Civilisation", "The UAE, an Oasis of Security and Safety", "The Wisdom of a Leader and Loyalty of a People", "The Leaders of Giving are the First to Give" and "The UAE, Renewable Giving and a Fountain that does not Dry Up".
