UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Anwar Mohammed Qarqash arrived here on Friday for a short visit to Egypt. During his stay here, the UAE minister is expected to hold talks with several Egyptian officials on relations between the UAE and Egypt, Egypt\'s official news agency (MENA) reported. The UAE minister was here on July 7 for the first visit by an UAE minister in a year.
