A tourist launch caught fire near a tourist resort in Hurghada but its two crew members managed to survive by jumping into the water. The "Blue Sky" launch, owned by a businessman, was completely charred as waves swept it away deep into the sea. The loss is estimated at two million pounds. Meanwhile, firemen put out two separate fires in the city; One at a wood storehouse in Safaga and another in a residential building in Al-Qusayr.
