President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued on Thursday a decree on considering as a public utility project the seizure of five encroaching buildings in Tanta.

The president also ordered considering the establishment of two potable water reservoirs in Giza's Saf and Monsha'at Qanasr districts as public utility projects. 

Under the decree, the government will seize all lands needed for the projects.

Sisi also ordered re-allocating some state-owned lands in several governorates for reclamation and cultivation.
