Bahraini Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa received a phone call from the United States Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.
Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported that Shaikh Khalid and Tillerson exchanged views and discussed severing relations with the State of Qatar and ways to reach an outcome that guarantees security and peace in the region.
Sheikh Khalid stressed the importance of the State of Qatar's compliance with its previous commitments and the demands made by the boycotting countries in order to achieve the stability of all countries and peoples of the region, hoping to move forward with development and progress.
