Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, HE Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani, phoned last night Libya\'s new Prime Minister, Mustafa Abu Shagour, congratulating him on his election. The phone conversation also dealt with bilateral relations between the two countries, in addition to a number of issues of mutual interest.
