Prime Minister Hisham Qandil denied allegations that the Muslim Brotherhood is dominating the cabinet in what is known publicly as \"Brotherhoodizaton\". \"Only seven ministers of the 35-minister cabinet are affiliated to the Muslim Brotherhood\'s Free and Justice Party,\" Qandil said in an interview with Dream II TV satellite channel. Qandil asserted that the criteria of appointing ministers are based on their qualifications and experience. As for the health sector\'s problems, Qandil said that they will be solved by adopting the comprehensive health insurance. Asked about fears of alleged Iranian attempts to spread the Shiite sect in Egypt, Qandil said that the government is responsible for restricting Iranian flights to Egypt in the tourism sector only. As for the situation in Sinai, the premier admitted that there security chaos there but he said that security and military forces are united to restore security in the peninsula. He urged Egyptians to face current challenges and to work hard to achieve the required development.
