His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said received at Bait Al Barakah yesterday afternoon President Field Marshal Abdrabuh Mansur Hadi of the Yemeni Republic, who arrived in the Sultanate on a two-day work visit. His Majesty the Sultan and the Yemeni president held a meeting during which they reviewed the good fraternal relations binding the two countries and the appropriate means to promote and enhance them in various spheres to serve the joint interests of the two countries and their Omani and Yemeni brotherly people. Meeting The meeting was attended from the Omani side by Yousuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs, Darwish bin Ismail Al Bulushi, Minister Responsible for Financial Affairs, Eng Ali bin Masoud Al Sunaidi, Minister of Commerce and Industry and Abdullah bin Hamad Al Badi, Sultanate\'s ambassador to the Yemeni Republic, while it was attended from the Yemeni side by Abu Bakr Abdullah Al Qirbi, Foreign Minister, Dr. Mohammed bin Said Al Sa\'adi, Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Sakhr Ahmed Abbas Al Wajeeh, Minister of Finance, Dr. Ali Mansoor bin Safaa, secretary-general to the Presidency and Naji Al Awadhi, Charge D\'Affaires of the Yemeni Embassy in the Sultanate. His Majesty the Sultan and the Yemeni president held a closed-door session that was confined to them. It is worth mentioning that President Field Marshal Abdrabuh Mansur Hadi of the Yemeni Republic arrived yesterday. Dinner His Majesty the Sultan hosted a special dinner at Bait Al Barakah this evening in honour of Abdrabuh Mansour Hadi of the Yemeni Republic. The dinner was attended by a number of ministers and the delegation accompanying the President. His Majesty said goodbye to the Yemeni president who will leave the country tomorrow (Wednesday) and wished him a happy stay and a safe return to his country. Times Of Oman
