Southern Governor HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa has paid a visit to the Southern Governorate Police Directorate and praised the efforts of the police force to maintain public order. Heads of Al-Zalaq Police Station, East Riffa Police Station and West Riffa Police Station received the Governor upon arrival.

The Governor underlined security as a key pillar of development and the engine of progress of nations, pointing out the importance of activating programs aimed at achieving social partnership and strengthening national responsibility.

He also noted the significance of developing awareness raising and preventive programs that contribute to the elimination of negative social phenomena and security problems.

Members of the police force present welcomed the visit of the Governor and his interest in supporting security efforts to serve citizens and residents, expressing their resolve to boost cooperation with the Governorate to deliver best services.
