Prime Minister Sherif Ismail held a meeting on Sunday with the supply and agriculture ministers to discuss regulations needed to regulate the circulation of the local production of wheat in 2017.

The premier asserted that wheat should only be stored in silos belonging to the holding companies affiliated to the Supply Ministry.

He asserted the importance of supervising all processes while directing to form an operations room in the ministry to follow up and raise to the cabinet daily reports concerning the process.

The supply of local wheat is planned to start on April 15 for three months.
