One Palestinian worker died and two others were injured in collapse of a smuggling tunnel in the border town of Rafah early on Wednesday, local radio stations reported. The victim was identified as Suleiman Al-Masri, aged 22. The wounded Palestinians were taken immediately to the nearest hospital for aid, the radios said. A large number of Palestinians work in those tunnels, which lack safety regulations, to smuggle food, fuel and medicines, due to the Israeli siege on Gaza.
