Minister of Foreign Affairs Mourad Medelci completed Friday a two-day working visit to Madrid (Spain), where he met the King Juan Carlos I to whom he gave a message of friendship and consideration from President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika, Ministry of Foreign Affairs told APS.
