His Majesty King Abdullah II arrived in Cairo on Wednesday on a working visit to Egypt during which he will hold talks with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi on bilateral ties as well as the latest developments in the region.
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, His Majesty was welcomed by the Egyptian president, other top officials as well as Jordan’s ambassador to Egypt.
Egyptian military fighter jets escorted the King’s aircraft as it entered the Egyptian air space.
His Royal Highness Prince Faisal Bin Al Hussein was sworn in as Regent in the presence of Cabinet members.
