Alexandria police forces foiled an illegal immigration attempt by 19 people from Sharqia, Gharbia and Qalyubia governorates into Italy.

The security forces arrested four people who had formed a gang in order to make people illegally sneak abroad via the Mediterranean Sea for EGP 20,000-3,000 each.
