His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of congratulations to President Dr. Hage Geingob of the Republic of Namibia on the occasion of his country's Independence Anniversary.

In his cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes of good health and happiness to President Geingob and the friendly Namibian people further progress and prosperity.
