The Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, on Saturday, presented sophisticated medical equipment to Ibn Sina Specialist Hospital in the Directorate of Mukalla, Yemen.

The gesture was in line with the ERC's continuous efforts to enhance health service in Hadramaut, due to the current situation in Yemen. ERC recently presented advanced medical equipment to Al Mukalla Hospital for Maternity and Childhood to develop its medical service.

Abdullah Al Musafri, ERC Head in Hadramaut, stressed that delivery of the medical equipment was in the framework of supporting heath sector and improve the medical services in government hospitals in a number of Yemeni governorates.

A number of local officials attended the event.
