Egypt\'s Mufti Shawqi Allam received on Monday Cairo Governor Osama Kamal, who congratulated Allam on his new post as Mufti. Kamal hoped all the success for Shawqi in carrying out his new mission. For his part, the Mufti praised efforts exerted by Kamal to improve the governorate.
