The Egyptian Passports, Immigration and Nationality Authority facilitated measures for the citizens, especially the old and the handicapped.

The Interior Ministry adopted policies aiming at respecting human rights and easing up measures for the citizens who want to be offered services or get documents.

The passports departments in Mit Ghamr, Dakrnis, Mansoura, Minya el Qameh, Shebin el Koum and Beni Mazar received 18 citizens of the elderly people, the handicapped and the patient who were helped to issue passports and documents with facilitated measures.
