Deputy Chief of the Army Staff Lieut-General Abdulrahman Al-Othman promoted a number of army officers to the rank of Major. The Deputy Chief of the Army lauded the Army officers for their performance, conveying greetings from His Highness the Amir and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. He also conveyed greetings from Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Al-Khalid Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah. The ceremony was attended by Defense ministry and Army officials.
