His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, has exchanged cables of congratulations with the leaders and crown princes of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Arab and Islamic countries on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.
