The court of cassation on Saturday upheld a court ruling against terrorist Adel Habbara who is involved in the second Rafah massacre case.
The court also upheld varied sentences against 15 other defendants.
The defendants face charges of killing Central Security Forces personnel in Rafah in August 2013.
In November 2015, Habbara and six fugitives were slapped death sentences, while three others faced 25-year jail sentences and 22 others were sentenced to 15-year imprisonment.
