Education Assistant Undersecretary for Planning and Information also the National Coordinator for Education for All, Nawal Ibrahim Al-Khater, on the second day of the informational symposium on the UNESCO-King Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa Prize for the Use of ICTs in Education, gave a presentation on Bahrain’s efforts to respond to the requirements of the UNESCO Strategy 2015-2030.
Al-Khater also touched on the development goals and the Education Ministry’s accomplishments in the field of education for all, in addition to its efforts to achieve the sustainable development objectives, chiefly education ones.
She explained the role of ICT in achieving the sustainable development objectives and the Education efforts in the same field since the launch of King Hamad Schools of the Future project on January 18, 2005, until the royal announcement of the stage of digital empowerment in education.
