HRH the Prime Minister sent similar cables to Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Defence Minister Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Second Deputy Premier, Advisor and Personal Envoy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Mugrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Deputy Governor of the Eastern Region Prince Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed Al Saud.
