The United Arab Emirates’ Ambassador to Bahrain, Abdulridha Abdullah Al-Khouri, today expressed delight in attending the first graduation ceremony of Nasser Center for Vocational Rehabilitation and Training, which highlights Bahrain’s keenness on the success of this joint project.

The graduation ceremony was held under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and attended by Board Chairman of the Nasser Center for Vocational Rehabilitation and Training, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and the UAE’s Education Minister Hussain bin Ibrahim Al-Hammadi.

In a press statement on the sidelines of the graduation ceremony, the UAE Ambassador said the Nasser Center for Training and Vocational Rehabilitation was established in accordance with the directives of the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, also Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan. It is managed by Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute and targets orienting the youth’s capabilities towards professionalism and creativity.

The ambassador expressed happiness about witnessing the graduation of approximately 130 Bahraini students equipped with skills and professional knowledge to assist them to take on future careers and to contribute to the development process taking place in the era of HM the King.
