Arab League Secretary-General Dr. Nabil El Araby headed to Bahrain on Sunday to attend the Manama conference on the establishment of an ‘Arab court of human rights’. The conference will discuss ways of establishing an Arab court of human rights, as well as other regional experiences in this regard. The Kingdom of Bahrain has conducted a study on the establishment of this court including a number of the most important elements; chiefly, the need for Arab countries to develop their practices and approaches in dealing with human rights issues.
