HE the Chairman of the Administrative Control and Transparency Authority Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Attiyah, who is also the elected president of the Climate Change Conference (COP18), and his accompanying delegation arrived in the South Korean capital, Seoul, on Wednesday to participate in the Green Growth Summit which will begin its work on Thursday. HE Al-Attiyah was welcomed upon arrival at Kimbo International Airport in Seoul by HE Qatar's Ambassador to Korea Ali bin Hamad Al-Marri.
