A delegation from the Advisory Council will participate in a workshop on the "Role of Legislative Authorities in Combating Terrorism" in the Kingdom of Bahrain from May 17 to 18.
The Advisory Council delegation will present a working paper on the workshop theme.
The workshop will address a number of topics that shed light on the conceptual framework of terrorism, its definition and reasons, the main elements that constitute the phenomenon of terrorism, as well as the international efforts to eradicate this phenomenon and the role of the Arab Standing Committee on Human Rights in combating terrorism.
