Yossi Benayoun is happy with the contribution he has made to Arsenal’s push for a Champions League place. The Israel captain has been prominent in Arsène Wenger’s first team since the beginning of April after waiting patiently for his chance following his loan move from Chelsea. Wenger has put his faith in Benayoun’s experience in key matches and the midfielder, who celebrated his 32nd birthday on Saturday with the opener against Norwich, says he will end his loan spell on a positive note. “I finish here in a good way,” he said. “In the last few months I have been more involved. “Of course you want to play and you want to enjoy it and I think I have played a big part in the last few games. You always remember the end and I am happy with my performances in the last few months. “I haven\'t scored many this season, I think it was my fifth goal, but it was one of my best. Normally I like to pass to other players and it was a good finish. But after that I thought we would go on and win the game. Normally when you score you think it is the right day for you but we did not play well enough after this.” Benayoun is coming to the end of his season-long loan from Chelsea and the cultured midfielder says he remains fully committed to the Arsenal cause. “Since I came to Arsenal I have always been committed to one club until the last game of the season,” said Benayoun. “The only thing I want is for Arsenal to finish in third place, I don\'t care about anything else. “When I finish I will have to decide about my future. I am supposed to go back to Chelsea first and then we will see what the future holds.\"
