Civil defense forces in Sanaa managed to contain a huge fire that broke out late Wednesday at a gas station.

Gas pipelines connected to the gas tank caught fire from a power generator being maintained near the station, the Yemeni news agency Saba reported Thursday.

It took three hours to put the fire out.

Two people were injured, one of them is in a serious condition.
