Dozens of Saudi-paid mercenaries were killed and others wounded when the army and popular forces foiled their attempt to infiltrate towards Maqbanah district of Taiz province, a military official told Saba on Wednesday.

The operation hit the mercenaries in eastern Dar and al-Nubah in Hamir area in the district, the official said.
