Arab coalition warplanes have shelled the positions of Houthi militias and loyalists to former president Ali Abdallah Saleh in eastern Sanaa.

Resistance Media Center in Azal Region said the shelling that took place late Saturday came in response to the Houthis' violation of the truce and their continued attacks on army and resistance posts.

The Houthi militias are attempting to infiltrate into the areas controlled by the army in the eastern districts of Sanaa, but they have failed to make any progress on the ground.
