At least 25 Houthi militants were killed in clashes with the army and the popular resistance in the Yemeni city of Ma'rib on Friday.

Army and resistance members blocked an attack by the militias in an area between Al Jawf and Ma'rib, leaving five of them dead and others injured, Sabaa media center said.

Twenty other militants were killed in clashes with the resistance in Harib el Qarameesh area while trying to restore a position that was controlled by the resistance forces, according to the report.
