Al-Aqsa Mosque

Dozens of Palestinian youths suffered suffocations due to inhaling tear gas fired at them by the Israeli forces during clashes that broke late Saturday near Al-Aqsa Mosque in the occupied city of Jerusalem.

The Wadi Hilweh Information Center in Silwan said in a statement that violent confrontations erupted in Ein al-Luza neighborhood in Silwan town between Palestinians and the occupation soldiers who stormed the area early late Saturday.

During the raid, Israeli troops fired toxic tear gas canisters and sound bombs at local residents, causing dozens of suffocation cases among them.
