A Palestinian fisherman was shot and injured early Tuesday by Israeli war vessels off Beit Lahia shore , in northern Gaza Strip.

Palestinian sources said that Israeli naval forces opened its fire at a Palestinian fishing boat sailing off Beit Lahia shores, injuring one Gazan fisherman.

The injured fisherman was moved to a nearby hospital where he was listed in a medium condition, the sources added.
