Israeli forces allowed Monday families of 47 Gazan prisoners to visit them in Ramon prison.

As many as 97 relatives of the Gazan detainees, including 31 children, headed for Beit Hanoun crossing early Monday, spokesperson for the International Committee of the Red Cross Suhair Zaqqout said.

Around 6,000 Palestinians are being held in Israeli prisons, 400 of them from the Gaza Strip.
