A Palestinian was injured Friday when Israeli occupation forces, positioned on the Gaza Strip border, opened fires at Gazans. The Palestinian sustained wounds in the leg and was admitted to hospital for treatment, said security and medical sources. Israeli media said that the Israeli troops fired at scores of Gazans who were protesting near the barrier in Jabalia in northern Gaza Strip. Israeli forces stationed in the Gaza Strip usually target Palestinian citizens and farmers in a clear continuous violation to a cease-fire agreement brokered by Egypt in November 2012.
