U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon arrived in Japan Sunday for a three-day stay during which he is scheduled to visit Fukushima Prefecture to meet face to face with survivors of the March 11 disaster and evacuees from the nuclear emergency at the Fukushima No. 1 power plant. Japanese News Agency (Kyodo) said he will also meet with Prime Minister Naoto Kan and Foreign Minister Takeaki Matsumoto as well as other high-ranking officials in Tokyo. After completing his trip to Japan on Tuesday, he will fly to his native South Korea.
