The UAE embassy in Madrid, on Monday, took part in the meeting of the General Secretariat of the World Tourism Organisation, UNWTO, in preparation for its General Assembly meetings to be held from 12th - 17th September in Chengdu, China.

The meeting was attended by representatives from economy ministries and diplomatic missions of the UNTWO member states.

Taleb Rifai, Secretary-General of the UNTWO, detailed the topics on the General Assembly meeting's agenda.
