Turkish Foreign Ministry has welcomed a deal to set up a safe zones in Syria. Russia, Turkey and Iran - the three main guarantors of a nationwide ceasefire in Syria - signed the deal at talks in Kazakhstan on Thursday to mitigate the humanitarian crisis in Syria.
A ministry statement said the deal offered to stop "the use of all kinds of weapons including air elements" and to "ensure the flow of urgent and uninterrupted humanitarian aid to the region."
