Turkey has sent 22 tons of humanitarian aid to the Libyan city of Bani Walid, one of the last holdouts of leader Moammar Gadhafi\'\'s supporters, Turkish prime minister\'\'s office said. Two military cargo planes left Ankara on Saturday to transfer food aid to around 10,000 people in Bani Walid in need of urgent help, the office said in a statement. Libya\'s National Transitional Council (NTC) announced that its fighters had carried out a tactical withdrawal from Bani Walid on Friday night to avoid sniper\'\'s fire after earlier entering the city. Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan toured last week the Arab Spring countries and visited Tripoli where he met with Libya\'\'s NTC leaders.
