South Korea's National Election Commission said Tuesday

South Korea's National Election Commission said Tuesday that the early voting to choose a new president for the country will take place on May 4 and May 5.
South Korean news agency Yonhap reported today that the commission established 3507 polling places across the country in preparation for the elections. The commission also said in a statement released today that any citizen can take part in the early voting just by showing their identification cards without the needs to register.
It is the first time that South Korea holds early voting. The elections are set to take place on May 9.
