The Qatari Foreign Minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, held a telephone conversation on Tuesday with the French Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs, Jean-Yves Le Drian.
According to the Qatar News Agency, the two sides also discussed bilateral relations and the means to enhance them, in addition to discussing regional and international issues of joint interest.
The Qatari Foreign Minister congratulated his French counterpart on being chosen as the new Minister, wishing him success in his mission.
