A Palestinian faction said Wednesday it fired a Grad rocket at the town of Beer Sheva in southern Israel. Al Quds brigades said the attack was in retaliation for an Israeli air raid at dawn Wednesday on the southern Gaza town of Rafah which killed Ismail al Asmar, one of its leaders and Attiyah Moqat, one of its members.
