Indian security personnel on Thursday arrested three people in connection with yesterday's bombing which claimed 12 lives and injured more than 60 people, reported the Press Trust of India (PTI). The National Investigation Agency (NIA), which is probing the blast, arrested the three people from the Kishtwara district of the country's northern states of Jammu and Kashmir.Among the arrested was the owner of a cyber cafe from which the email claiming responsibility for the blast was sent. The email claimed that the blast was the handiwork of the Pakistan-based terrorist group Harkat-ul-Jihad Islami (HuJI). The blast had taken place just outside the Delhi High Court in the heart of the Indian Capital. The report quoted police sources as saying that the owner of the cyber cafe and his brother are being questioned.
