Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have "made a deal" with Romania and Bulgaria to vote against the recognition of an independent Palestinian state in exchange for permits to their nationals to work. Netanyahu promised to provide the a 1000 work permits to the citizens of each country in exchange for not voting for an independent Palestinian State, according to the Second channel of Israeli TV. Netanyahu conducted a tour in the Balkans and Eastern Europe last week in order to persuade these states to not vote at the United Nations for recognition of Palestinian State next September.
