The Israeli occupation forces stormed a ceremony honoring prisoners in Beit Ummer park, north of Hebron, last night and arrested a number of Palestinians accused of throwing stones at Israeli military patrols. Palestinian security sources said that the Israeli forces fired live bullets and tear gas, and are still surrounding the park till the moment. The sources added that the ceremony was attended by Minister Issa Qaraqe and Governor of Hebron Kamel Hamid, but they left before the Israeli forces raid took place.
