Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon will embark next week on a tour of Spain and the United States as part of Israeli efforts to counter the Palestinian move aimed at getting the United Nation''s recognition of a Palestinian state. Radio Israeli said today Ayalon will emphasize during his talks with senior officials in the two countries "that the best way is to negotiate and not to take unilateral steps" as he put it.
